We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager, Kano

Location: Nigeria - Kano

Job description
1. Increase Active SIM & Recharge Outlets
Controls the distribution width and depth of the zone
2. Increase number of Channel Partners
Liaise and collaborate with Channel partners to identify ways to and the dealers and thereby increase penetration
Recommend measures to increase tertiary sales from existing & new retailers
3. To achieve Tertiary recharge sales
Coordinate all sales activities so that sales turnover are optimized
Timely communication of all schemes /product launches to distributors and retailers
4. Achieve Gross Pre Paid targets
Maximize sales through effective execution and implementation of placement and distribution strategies
5. Manage, train and develop Field Sales Employee (FSE)
Develop merchandise for new products/ schemes & market availability of Point of sale
Tracking and reviewing distributors and their FSEs on their secondary & tertiary sales and market expansion
Coordinate with Sales Training Function for product, process and behavioural training of FSEs
6. Maintain effective Updated MIS
Partners with ZSM in gathering, coordinating, and communicating market information including competition activities, customer preferences ensuring effective sales management.

Desired Skills and Experience
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills
Bachelors degree in any field of study
Relevant Experience
3-5 years experience preferably in FMCG, Consumer Durables & telecom

Ability to manage a team and multiple channels/dealers
Good communicator, must possess ability to communicate with all cadres within his channel portfolio

Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Lagos

Job description
Data analyst role focuses on:
  • Usage & Retention Campaigns Monitoring which includes providing intelligent customer base for U&R, Segment and product campaigns, generating target group and control group for each campaign, providing KPIs (MoU, Revenue, Top-up, Customer Numberand Balance) based report on each Retention Campaign, developing Customer Language Options for campaigns, determining the root cause of the campaign analysis trend per Segment and producing Continue/Discontinue Report.
  • Customer Analysis which includes providing customer behavioral analysis, Leg of Usage and aggregate usage analysis, tracking the interaction between bonus and paid MoU. Relate customers to the defined customer profiles and segments.
  • Reporting which includes providing daily, weekly and monthly Campaign Performance reports and management report.
  • Customer life cycle management and customer value management which includes updating the KPI performance of the new customers, existing customers and inactive customers, capturing the impact of the KPI performance of customers as they move in the different stage of the customer lifecycle and determining the impact of Retention Campaigns in the Customer Lifecycle
  • Business Analysis which includes determining the relationship between usage & retention and marketing campaigns determining the factors affecting usage and inactivity trend, environmental scanning and report on the relationship between the environmental activities and usage trend

Education and Experience
Requires any university degree, working Knowledge of SQL and data analysis skill with 3 yearwork experience (inclusive of NYSC experience) in data analysis. Telecommunications industry experience is an added advantage.
