Requirement
  • B.Sc/HND in relevant field.
  • He or she must possess lead generation skills.
  • Must be able to close deals.
  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Must come from an IT selling background.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Must possess good communication skills both oral and written.
Remuneration
N150,000.

Our client is a marketing communication firm in the media sub sector. Due to internal expansion, they have decided to hire a Digital Account Executive.

Job Title: Digital Accounts Executive

Location: 
Lagos

Responsibilities
Ensure campaigns run to plan:
  • Fully understand media plan and objectives
  • Send a no cost plan to the creative agency with full specs
  • Understand, organize and implement all tracking requirements
  • Traffic all campaigns
  • Manage asset delivery with creative agency (including spec plan)
  • Book campaigns
  • Confirmation for client that activity is live with screenshots
  • Day to day troubleshooting
Conduct weekly reports:
  • Write weekly reports, error free, quickly and efficiently
  • Understand results, analyse and understand trends
  • Recommend optimization or action off the back of results
  • Chase delivery where necessary after every report
Reconcile activity monthly:
  • Having chased delivery throughout month, reconcile short-falls
  • Work with the supervisor to resolve subsequent invoice queries
PCA’s (end of campaign):
  • Assist with compilation of the end of campaign analysis
Support Senior Exec day to day:
  • Provide up to date info and status on all activity
  • Buy campaigns as and when possible
  • Collate competitor insight from media partners

Hamilton Lloyd and Associates is currently recruiting for its client on the position of a Project Engineer - Our Client is an indigenous Oil Exploration and Production Company with a focus on West Africa and the Gulf of Guinea as its core production areas. The company is registered with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) as a contractor of preference in the supply of key equipment in the oil and gas industry. They are also in joint venture partnerships with some indigenous oil and gas companies. They have decided to hire an Project Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
  • Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
  • Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
  • Confers with engineers, managers, customers, and others to discuss project, prepare documents, or modify contract schedules.
  • To liaise with Clients on a regular basis and develop sound business relationships
  • To follow-up with Clients on submitted tenders through clarification & negotiation to project award and provide sales after care support to project managers.
  • Participate in the production of department and Company plans and budgets
  • Tendering project management responsibilities for supervision of the Commercial Assistants to ensure schedules, deadlines and quality are met
  • To keep informed about Company’s capacities and capabilities in business lines and in general.

Role
To identify, analyse and manage risks relevant to the achievement of the department’s goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To carry out initial assignment of reviewing and ensuring proper documentation of accounting systems and practices currently in operation.

The company has decided to start the search for a Head of Finance and Admin and the position will be based in Port Harcourt

Job Title: Head Finance and Admin (Female)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance of payroll data and accounting records
  • Responsible for developing and implementing sound accounting policies and procedures
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Company's trading, treasury & risk management policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate recording and appropriate treatment of accounting data, including processing of Accounts Payable, Credit & Accounts Receivable, Assets, Inventory, etc
  • Ensure the clarity, accuracy, integrity and the timely preparation of the Company's financial records, systems and statements
  • Plan and direct financial audits to ensure financial accountability and compliance with established standards
