Job Title: Production Technician

Job Description
  • To operate and carry out autonomous maintenance on the production line under his responsibility to meet up with Safety, Quality and Output requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Carry outline operations in accordance to operating instructions and parameters.
  • Achieve required quantity of products and of right quality as per specifications.
  • Carry out autonomous maintenance, CIL of assets under his/her control.
  • Update necessary records of operations as at when due.
  • Comply with safety, health, environment and food safety and quality procedures
  • Other tasks as assigned by superior officers.
Requirements
  • OND/City & Guilds/NABTEB (Technical) in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of five (5) credits including English language and Mathematics in SSCE/NECO or its equivalent.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in a reputable manufacturing organisation.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Job Description
  • The Sales Analyst is the Co-pilot to the branch sales management team.
  • He/she provides technical and analytical support to aid sales operations at branch level, through the use of sales data and tools towards sustainable profit growth.
Key Requirements
  • Work closely with sales team in target setting process, implementation of group guidelines, local procedures and internal/external audit recommendations within the branch.
  • Develop & maintain the necessary tools to capture the secondary sales, distribution figures and distributors infrastructure in the branch and report to Head Office on regular basis.
  • Collate, consolidate and validate  distributors stock holding and communicate same to Head Office on a regular basis
  • Monitor evolution of Sales Force MOGE's and analyze / challenge sales branch on resource allocation. Support sales organization on annual resource planning and variance tracking in the branch.
  • Custodian of Branch operation Assets, efficient CAPEX control and provide regular feedback to the sales controller and fixed assets accountant.
  • Ensure effective reconciliation of all promotion carried out in the branch and provide monthly report to the HO.
 What experience brings success to this job?
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • B.Sc/ HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting (at least second class lower/ upper credit)
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated clarity in both writing and speaking.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Good understanding of financial drivers, accounting rules and principles.
  • Good organizational and planning skill

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Abuja
Slot: 12

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for operation of filling machine assigned to him within the production department in accordance to operating instructions and established standard parameters for the product being produced, including CIP cleaning.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and recording of Critical Control Points and Control Points of the production line and reporting to the supervisor any deviations.
  • Responsible for keeping machines in clean condition whether in operation or on standby.
  • Responsible to achieve the required quantity of finished products with a good quality (net content, pH for semi-finished/finished product, no. off units/crate. etc.) according to standard specification.
  • Responsible to follow all Hygiene rules & GMP regulations in the conduct of all his duties and responsibilities as a production machine operator.
  • Reports machine problems to supervisor and coordinates with line mechanics for quick reactions to solve any machine problems.
  • Assist the supervisors in the training (on the job) of line workers in the various production activities of the line operation.
  • Fill professionally the production report and other related documents as required.
  • Ensure that no work accident within the limit of responsibilities
  • Carries out any other task that is assigned by immediate superior
Profile
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in packaging and processing or manufacturing environment
  • National Diploma (ND) or City and Guild in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), or other relevant diploma in Engineering.
  • Minimum of five (5) Credit including English language and Mathematics in SSCE or its equivalent (in not more than 2 sittings) is required.
Requirements

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent ability to use initiative and work with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Entry Requirements
