Job Description
  • The Sales Support Assistant (“SSA”) is responsible for providing administrative and related support to the Retail Manager and the Branch Managers (“BM”) (in the region of coverage of the Retail Manager).
  • The SSA also serves as the liaison officer for the region and act as back-up for BMs on leave.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
  • Obtains daily sales and competitors information from all branches in region of coverage;
  • Assists RM in the preparation of weekly and monthly Sales reports;
  • Support the RMs in monitoring the branches and sales trend with statistics necessary to guide management decision;
  • Support the BMs in the monitoring of competitors activities and provide useful information including statistics that will promote company activities;
  • Handles all correspondence requiring the RM’s attention;
  • Maintains the lease register for all stations falling under his/her region;
  • Provide relief support for any BM going on a vacation in region of coverage;

Job Summary

Job Summary
The Commercial Analyst at Oando Energy Resources will report to the Asset Development Managers to ensure the commercial viability of all the assets according to Industry and Company specific benchmarks.

Specific Duties
  • Monitor dynamic Business environment and recommend changes to processes when necessary to ensure continued profitability of commercial arrangements in the Assets.

Purpose
Under general supervision the Remuneration & Benefits Analyst works within the HCM Shared Services Center, and primarily provides support services to the HCM Manager in the specialized area of compensation & benefits. Scope of Responsibility & Accountability:
  • Responsible for coordination and management of all payroll and benefit activities

Major Responsibility Area:

Essential Functions
  • Provides general support on all remuneration & benefits initiatives/ activities
  • Primary contact for all day-to-day payroll activities; prepares the monthly payroll run with relevant reports to the businesses
  • Coordinates the annual award schemes, such as the GCE Award & Long Service Award
  • Liaises with Healthcare providers to ensure efficient delivery of services to employees by Registering new employees, managing the HMO and liaising with insurance brokers. Will be the primary point of contact for all HMO activities
  • Responsible for the effective monitoring of all payroll processes, inputs and reports across the organization including data for salary surveys
  • Maintains and updates all Remuneration & Benefits data in the HRIS database (payroll, bands & reward levels, bank details etc.)
  • Assist with creating benefit and compensation communication to educate workforce on offerings and conducts benefits orientation and presentations

     Overall Purpose of Job: Directly supports the CIO in evolving the digital strategy to drive the effectiveness of the Oando business while maintaining focus on providing assurance on service delivery across the enterprise. This role will play a key role in understanding and crafting solutions to business requirement, manage the PMO, provide supervision and advisory function for groups responsible for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that support the strategic objectives of the business; assist with budgeting and financial management with overall oversight for the enterprise architecture.


    Responsibilities:
    ·          Provide supervision and guidance to project managers, coordinator, administrator, and business analyst on all IT project
    ·          Identify and carry out technology research required to deliver business objectives
    ·          Assist CIO in strategy formulation, budget planning, benchmarking, performance monitoring and reporting on strategic and operational plans
    ·          Assist with budgetary planning and financial management within IT&S
    ·          Assists the CIO in dissemination of knowledge and information to staff about the direction and progress of strategic initiatives

    Job Description

    The Security Supervisor reports to the Corporate Security Manager and is responsible for the implementation of approved company policies and plans on all Oando sites and locations within his/her area of responsibility, evaluating risks and threats therein and ensuring that the appropriate actions are taken to mitigate the risks.

    Responsibilities
    • Supervise regional security supervisors
    • Ensure smooth security operations and administration of all facilities
    • Render daily security reports to the Corporate Security Manager.
    • Evaluate and report threats assessments on all security issues and activities and activities to the Corporate Security Manager.
